Gruhajyothi benefit missed

During fy 2022-23 in the month of May and June unfortunately without using extra power in consumption than regular use Meter reading raised abnormal 1345 units .Regard complaint filed in urban sub div Chintamani.Concerned has visited to check meter from delectrical inspecter chickkaballapur.two times they endorsed that no any fault in meter so it is inevitable to pay Rs 15496/-for 1345 units it is very much loss to mi further I setrited current leaking inside building in po p by consulting private contracter from that month the issue came to normal Again I am missed the benefit of guhajyothi scheme bcaz due to above issue during ty 2022-23 Av reading become 228.5 units even Before may and June 2022 our consumption is 90 units after setrited fault in power leak inside house till today not exceeded 100 units So it is benefit of gruhalakshmi was missing please allow to utilise benefit like others
