Payment deducted in November-2023, but chirayu card not received till date.

You are informed that i am engaged in Market Committee, Shahabad through HKRN from May-2022, My Name is Harvinder Kumar and my HKRN EMP. ID is 37681. It is informed that the Rs. 1500/- was deduct from my November-2023 salary under the Chirayu Scheme because my wages are above 21000/-. But till now, i have not received any Chirayu card or any information related to it through mobile and no such data found is appearing on the website of Ayushman Haryana also by search by Mobile or PPP Id. Many of my colleagues have told me that their Chirayu card has been issued long ago. But i have no received chirayu card or any information in this regard till date. In this regard, I have generate a Greivance to HKRN Department, but they asked that this matter is under consideration at the leval of Ayushman Bharat-HPPA. Therefore, you are requested to give benefits the under the Chirayu Card Scheme.
