YSR Input Subsidy Scheme

Intoduction

• YSR Input Subsidy scheme is launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2020.
• YSR Input Subsidy scheme is launched under the leadership of Sri Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy,
  Hon'ble Chief minister of Andhra Pradesh.
• YSR Input Subsidy Scheme was launched with noble intention of providing financial security to
  small scale farmers of andhra pradesh.
• The scheme Provides assistance to small, marginal as well as tenant farmers.
• The scheme had been a great boon to farmers who had suffered crop lass due to natural calamities.
• Under this scheme subsidy of more than 18000 Cr had been provided to farmers so far.
• More than 21 lakhs farmers had been benefited under this scheme.
• Scientific assessment of crop loss based on e-crop data.

Benefits

• The following benefits are provided under the YSR Input Subsidy Scheme :-
  • Protecting farmers from debt trap.
  • Giving compensation for crop loss to farmers by the end of same season itself during which the loss occurred due to natural calamities.
  • Subsidy is transferred directly into the bank accounts of farmers.

Eligibility

• The following persons will be eligible under the YSR Input Subsidy Scheme:-
  • Farmer must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Applicable to small, marginal and tenant farmers.
  • E-Crop booking mandatory.

Documents Required

• Adhaar Card.
• Domocile Certificate.
• Ration Certificate.
• Certificate of Residency.

How to Apply

• Applicant has to visit Navasakam Beneficiary Management Portal to Apply for YSR Input Subsidy Scheme.
• Click on Login and Select Citizen Login.
• Enter Your Aadhar Number and after that portal will verify it by sending OTP.
• After Aadhar Verification new page will be opened, now select YSR Input Subsidy Scheme from Services List.
• Fill the Application Form thoroughly and upload all the required documents on the portal.
• After Clicking on Submit, portal generated the Application Number.
• Submitted Application will be forwarded to Welfare and Education Assistant or Ward Welfare Secretary.
• Officials will then conduct the field verification and forward their report to Mandal Parishad Development Officer.
• Mandal Parishad Development Officer verified the application and forward it to Project Director of District Rural Development Agency.
• After that the final list of eligible and ineligible applicant will be published in all secretariat.
• Eligible Applicant will receive the financial assistance in their bank account through Aadhar Enabled Payment System.
