Introduction

• Kerala Government started Lucky Bill Scheme in the year 2022.
• The main objective of Kerala Government behind starting Lucky Bill Scheme is to encourage people of Kerala to ask for GST Bill so that the revenue of Kerala Government increased.
• Goods and Services Department of Government of Kerala is the implementing department of this scheme.
• The tag line of Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme is "Ask for Bills".
• As it is clear from tag line that Government of Karnataka through Lucky Bill Scheme will try to increase the revenue of state by telling people to Ask GST Bills from shopkeepers at every time of purchase.
• There is a chance of winning cash prize of lakhs of rupees for people of Karnataka under Lucky Bill Scheme.
• The only thing to do is take a GST Bill of every purchase from shopkeeper and upload it on Lucky Bill Scheme Mobile App.
• There are 5 types of lucky draw available in Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme as mentioned below :-
  • Daily Draw.
  • Weekly Draw.
  • Monthly Draw.
  • Onam Bumper Draw.
  • Christmas Bumper Draw.
• 25 Winners daily will be selected for Kudumbasree Gift Package worth Rs. 1,000/- Out of Uploaded GST Bills Daily.
• Same like that, 25 Winners daily will be selected for Vanasree Gift Package worth Rs. 1,000/-.
• 25 Winners will be selected for KTDC Family Package in Weekly Draw.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Resident of Kerala.
• The Amount of GST Bill should be more than Rs. 200/-.
• GST Bill should be Uploaded within the Geographic Limits of Kerala.
• GST Bill should be issued by GST Register Dealer/ Supplier of Kerala.
• Only B2C GST Bill are Applicable to Upload.

Documents Required

• The below mentioned documents is required at the of Registration and Availing the Benefit of Kerala Government's Lucky Bill Scheme :-
  • Mobile Number.
  • Original GST Bill.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Aadhar Card.

How to Apply

• Beneficiary can now win lakhs of prizes in Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme by uploading GST Bills.
• An App of Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme is available on Google Play Store.
• Beneficiary has to download the Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme Mobile App in their Mobile Phones.
• Now enter beneficiary phone number to register.
  
• Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme Mobile App will verify the phone number of beneficiary through OTP.
  
• After OTP Verification, Kerala Lucky Bill Mobile App will be open as shown below.
  
• Now Click on Camera Image to upload the GST Bills under Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme.
• Capture the Image of GST Bill and Mobile App will automatically take the below mentioned details of bill :-
  • GST Number.
  • Invoice Number.
  • Date of Bill.
  • Amount.
    
• Make sure the captured image of GST Bill should be clear and readable.
• Then click on proceed button to submit the bill.
• Beneficiary can check his/ her name in the winners list by clicking on winners.
  
• Announcement of Latest Winners of Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme is only available on Kerala Lucky Bill Scheme Mobile App.
