Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme

Introduction

• Government of Telangana started lots of welfare scheme for every faction of society.
• Each and Every needy people is getting the benefits of those welfare schemes.
• In Telangana lots of people of have their own piece of Land but due to their financial condition they are not able built their own house on that.
• Now Government of Telangana announced a major housing scheme for those people who have their own piece of land.
• New Housing Scheme of Telangana Government is called "Telanagana Gruhalakshmi Scheme".
• The main objective behind launching Gruhalakshmi Scheme of Telangana is to provide financial assistance to all eligible people of Telangana to construct their own house.
• Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme is also called "Telangana Weaker Section Housing Programme" or "Telangana Financial Assistance Scheme for House Construction" or "Telangana Grihalakshmi Scheme" or "Telangana Gruha Lakshmi Scheme".
• Under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme, Government of Telangana will provided financial assistance of Rs. 3,00,000/- for construction of house.
• Financial Assistance for Construction of House under Gruhalakshmi Scheme of Telangana Government will be provided in 3 below mentioned instalments :-
  • Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided at Basement Level Stage.
  • Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided at Roof Laid Stage.
  • Rs. 1,00,000/- will be provided at Completion Stage.
• Only those people are eligible for financial assistance under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme who have their own piece of land.
• Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme is only for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Category people.
• Having a Valid Food Security Card is mandatory in order to avail the benefit of financial assistance under Gruhalakshmi Scheme of Telangana Government.
• This financial assistance is only the construction cost of house provided by Government of Telangana.
• All the Houses sanctioned under Gruhalakshmi Scheme of Telangana will be in the name of Women or Widow.
• 2 Room House with Toilet having RCC framed structure will be built under this scheme.
• Design of the House will be freely adopt by the beneficiary.
• It is to be estimated that Financial Assistance of Rs. 3,00,000/- will be provided to built around Total 4,00,000 Houses across the state under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme.
• Bank Account should be in the name of Women Beneficiary.
• Jan Dhan Account will not be considered as valid bank account under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme.
• There is no Online Application Form of Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme or Online Application Procedure of Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme is available.
• Government of Telangana nowhere mentioned the last date of apply of Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme.
• Eligible Women Beneficiary can apply for Financial Assistance for House Construction by filling Application Form of Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme.

Benefits of Scheme

• The following financial assistance will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries for Construction of House under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme :-

  Financial Assistance of Rs. 3,00,000/- will be provided for Construction of House. Amount of Assistance for construction of house will be provided in below mentioned 3 Stages :- Basement Level Stage :- Rs. 1,00,000/-. Roof Laid Stage :- Rs. 1,00,000/-. Completion Stage :- Rs. 1,00,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility Conditions of Gruhalakshmi Scheme set by Telangana Government are as follows :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Telangana.
  • Beneficiary should be belong to EWS Category.
  • Beneficiary should have Food Security Card.
  • Beneficiary should be a Married Women or Widow.
  • Beneficiary should Own a Piece of Land for House Construction.
  • Beneficiary should be Residing in Village or in Urban Local Body.

• The below mentioned documents is required in order to avail the benefit of financial assistance for construction of house under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme :-
  • Residence Proof of Telangana.
  • Aadhar Card of Beneficiary.
  • Ration Card.
  • EWS Certificate.
  • Food Security Card.
  • Passport Size Photograph.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Eligible Applicant can apply for financial assistance for construction of house by filling Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme Application Form.
• Application Form of Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme will be available free of cost at any of the below mentioned offices :-
  • Gram Sabha.
  • Mandal Office.
  • Gram Panchayat.
  • Municipal Corporation.
• Collect the Application Form of Gruhalakshmi Scheme of Telangana Government and fill it carefully.
• Attach all the required documents with the application.
• Having a Aadhar Card is mandatory at the time of applying for Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme.
• Submit the Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme Application Form along with all the required documents in the same offices where it was collected.
• Application Form and Documents will be scrutinized by the concerned officials.
• After verification the financial assistance under Telangana Gruhalakshmi Scheme will be transferred in the given bank account of beneficiary in 3 stages.
