My mother was maintaining
SB A/c 01142250001965 in canara bank and
contributing regularly to PMJJBY insurance scheme from 2014-15 to 2023-24. She died on 11/08/2023 due to Heart Failure and I was added as a nominee to the above insurance.
I have Submitted claim paper to the branch on 11/09/2023 with all required documents. Even after 9 months the claim is neither settled nor rejected.
We have also registered complaint manually with bank on same 3 month ago on 27/02/2024. Post that ask was to submit deceased person health certificate. We have done the needful and submitted requested document but still we did not hear back anything on insurance.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to settle the claim at earliest and ablige.
