Application shows already submitted for applicant

This is to bring to your attention that we have been trying to submit offline form at Bhayandar west. After submitting all required documents and filled form to the municipal office. Municipal officer found that application was already submitted however this is 1st time we are applying for this sceme. This means someone might have misused our Adhaar number and applied for this sceme. Requesting you to please look into this matter and provide us the solution at the earliest.
