Amount not received in account

I have completed the process and received approval also from WCD on 27.8.2024.but haven't received any amount in my account till date. Also tried 181 number which is either busy or not reachable ,even have mailed the complaint but never got any reply from the team .Requesting to please update me for the status asap.we are in. Wed of medical emergency.we are disabled people.
