12 installment not received

Description
I am eligible for this scheme and have received 11 installments on time so far. However, I have not yet received the 12th installment in my bank account. I have submitted all the required documents on time and in proper order. My bank account is linked with my Aadhaar number, and there are no discrepancies. Despite having followed all procedures correctly, I have been suddenly excluded from the scheme, the reason for which is unknown to me. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and ensure that the 12th installment is credited to my bank account at the earliest. I also request that the future installments be released regularly without interruption. I humbly request you to verify the following and take appropriate action: 1. Updated status of my name in the beneficiary list 2. Status of bank account and Aadhaar linkage 3. If the installment has been withheld, clarification regarding the reason for my removal from the scheme.
